This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice supplements the Evobeing Privacy Policy and applies where relevant U.S. state consumer health data laws apply. In this Notice, Consumer Health Data means information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a consumer and that identifies or reflects the consumer's past, present, or future physical or mental health status.
1. Consumer Health Data We Collect
Depending on the Evobeing products and features you use, we may process the following categories of Consumer Health Data:
Body measurements and physiological signals, such as Heart Rate, Resting Heart Rate, HRV, Skin Temperature Trends, Blood Oxygen Trends, and other body measurement information supported by the Evobeing Ring.
Sleep and activity information, such as sleep timing, sleep duration, sleep stages, Steps, Activity, and exercise-related information.
Body status and Wellness results, such as sleep, recovery, stress, personal baselines, body status, Scores, Trends, Insights, and Personalized Recommendations.
Health or Wellness information you provide, such as physical sensations, daily logs, Notes, Tags, Goals, Preferences, or other information you choose to provide.
Third-party health platform data, such as information you authorize Evobeing to obtain from Apple Health or another supported health platform.
We collect and use this data to provide the Evobeing services, generate and display relevant Wellness information, provide personalized experiences, maintain the proper operation of devices and services, and perform features you request.
2. Sources of Consumer Health Data
We may obtain Consumer Health Data from the following sources:
- The Evobeing Ring you use;
- Information you provide directly to Evobeing;
- Data Evobeing calculates or generates from your Ring data and historical information;
- Third-party health or Fitness services that you choose to authorize and connect.
3. How We Use Consumer Health Data
We may use Consumer Health Data to:
- Provide the core features of the Evobeing Ring and App;
- Calculate and display sleep, recovery, stress, activity, and other Wellness information;
- Establish your personal baselines and display trends;
- Provide Insights and Personalized Recommendations;
- Perform features you choose to use or request;
- Provide customer support;
- Maintain service functionality, security, and data accuracy.
Unless we obtain any authorization required by law, we will not use Consumer Health Data for purposes unrelated to those described above.
4. How We Disclose or Share Consumer Health Data
To provide the Evobeing services you request, we may disclose Consumer Health Data that is reasonably necessary to complete those services to processors that provide services on behalf of Evobeing, such as cloud service, data processing, account support, security, and customer support providers.
Depending on the service, the data disclosed may include Ring and body measurement data, Wellness results, information you provide, and related account information, but only to the extent reasonably necessary to complete the relevant service.
If you ask Evobeing to provide data to an independent third party, or choose to connect a third-party service that requires a data transfer, we may provide the relevant data according to your instructions.
Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by you, we do not share Consumer Health Data with third parties for their independent commercial purposes.
5. We Do Not Sell Consumer Health Data
Evobeing does not sell Consumer Health Data.
We do not provide Consumer Health Data to Data Brokers, and we do not use Consumer Health Data for third-party targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
If our relevant data processing practices materially change in the future, we will update this Notice before implementing the changes and obtain any authorization or consent required by applicable law.
6. Your Consumer Health Data Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether Evobeing collects, shares, or sells Consumer Health Data concerning you;
- Access relevant Consumer Health Data;
- Obtain information about third parties or affiliates with which your Consumer Health Data has been shared;
- Withdraw consent to the future collection or sharing of Consumer Health Data;
- Request deletion of your Consumer Health Data;
- Appeal our refusal to act on your privacy request.

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity in order to protect your account and Consumer Health Data.
If you request deletion of Consumer Health Data, we will process the request in accordance with applicable law and, where legally required, notify applicable processors or other relevant parties to process the corresponding deletion.
If we deny your request, you may submit an appeal through the same contact method.
8. Updates to This Notice
If the categories, purposes of use, sources, or methods of sharing Consumer Health Data we collect change, we will update this Notice in accordance with applicable law and, where required, obtain your authorization or consent before beginning the new processing activity.
